The title compound was synthesized from Compound 157 using an analogous procedure to that outlined in the preparation of Compound 211. 1H NMR (400 MHz, Methanol-d4) δ 8.28 (s, 1H) 8.19 (m, 1H) 8.06 (m, 1H) 8.00 (m, 1H) 7.92 (s, 1H) 7.87 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H) 7.26 (m, 2H) 4.31 (m, 2H) 4.10 (m, 1H) 3.30 (q, J=7.5 Hz, 2H) 2.40 (s, 3H) 1.40 (d, J=8 Hz, 3H) 1.31 (t, J=7.5 Hz, 3H). [M+H] calc'd for C23H25N2O4S, 425; found, 425.
