The title compound is prepared analogously to {(R)-1-[9-[(1R,2S,3R,4S)-4-((R)-2-benzyloxy-propionylamino)-2,3-dihydroxy-cyclopentyl]-6-(2,2-diphenyl-ethylamino)-9H-purin-2-yl]-pyrrolidin-3-yl}-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester (Example 181, step 3), by substituting acetic acid (S)-1-{(1S,2R,3S,4R)-4-[2-chloro-6-(2,2-diphenyl-ethylamino)-purin-9-yl]-2,3-dihydroxy-cyclopentylcarbamoyl}-ethyl ester (Example 182, step 2) for (R)-2-benzyloxy-N-{(1S,2R,3S,4R)-4-[2-chloro-6-(2,2-diphenyl-ethylamino)-purin-9-yl]-2,3-dihydroxy-cyclopentyl}-propionamide (Example 181, step 2).
