Procedure
Using a similar procedure to that described in Example 9-B, N-(5-chloropyridin-2-yl)-2-[(1-tert-butoxycarbonyl-piperidin-4-ylmethoxycarbonyl)amino]benzamide (300 mg, 0.615 mmol) yielded 308 mg (99%) of the title compound as a trifluoroacetate salt.
