Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure of Example 38b. Thus, 3-{1-[(3-Chloropropyl)sulfonyl]-4-piperidinyl}-5-(3-fluorophenyl)-1H-indazole-7-carboxamide (Example 38a) (0.222 mmol) in DMF (4 mL) was reacted with K2CO3 (61 mg, 0.444 mmol) and 4-piperidino-piperidine (187 mg, 1.11 mmol) to afford the title compound (53.14 mg, 39% for 2 steps).
