Reaction Steps
A mixture of Intermediate 1-(3-iodo-1-isopropyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)ethanone (5.0 g, 18.0 mmol) and N,N-dimethyformamide dimethyl acetal (50 mL) was heated at 155° C. for 20 h. The mixture was concentrated under vacuum to provide the crude title compound. MS m/z 334.0 (M+1).
