From 5-amino-6-(1-methylcyclohexylamino)pyridin-2-ol and trimethyl orthoacetate, prepared in a similar manner as the one described in Example 1.127, Step D, the title compound was obtained. LCMS m/z=246.10 [M+H]+. 1H NMR (400 MHz, methanol-d4) δ ppm 1.52-1.58 (m, 1H), 1.67-1.78 (m, 5H), 1.90 (s, 3H), 2.48-2.52 (m, 2H), 2.75-2.82 (m, 2H), 3.02 (s, 3H), 6.91 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H).
