Intermediate G′ was prepared from methyl 1-ethyl-1H-thieno[3,2-c]pyrazole-5-carboxylate (G′-3) following similar procedures for synthesizing intermediate D from D-2, as described above. MS (m/z): 182 (M+1)+.
