The mixture of 1-((1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)methyl)-6-bromo-1H-[1,2,3]triazolo-[4,5-b]pyrazine (46 mg, 0.14 mmol), 1-methyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (77 mg, 0.35 mmol), PdCl2(dppf) (12 mg, 0.014 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (137 mg, 0.42 mmol) in dioxane/H2O (10:1, 8 mL) was stirred at 80° C. overnight. After being cooled to room temperature, the mixture was concentrated and purified by chromatography to afford the title compound (18 mg) MS (m/z): 332 (M+H).
