To a mixture of N-(5-chloro-3-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-7-yl)acetamide (80 mg, 0.227 mmol), 1-methyl-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole (50 mg, 0.24 mmol) and Na2CO3 (48 mg, 0.25 mmol) in dioxane (10 mL) and H2O (1 mL) under N2 was added Pd(dppf)Cl2 (20 mg, 0.02 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 100° C. under N2 overnight. After cooled to room temperature, the reaction mixture was concentrated and purified by chromatography to afford the title compound (7 mg). MS: 400 (M+1)+.
