5.0 g (12.39 mmol) of 2-[2-fluoro-4-[(5R)-5-(azidomethyl)-2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl]phenyl]hexahydro-1H-spiro[cyclopenta[c]pyrrol-5,2′-[1,3]dioxolane] prepared in the step 9 of the preparation example 1 was dissolved in 100 ml of vinyl acetate, and the solution was heated to reflux for 30 hours. After the reaction was completed, water was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and then, the organic layer was dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The concentrate was separated by column chromatography to obtain 2.5 g (47%) of 2-[2-fluoro-4-[(5R)-5-(1,2,3-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl]phenyl]hexahydro-1H-spiro[cyclopenta[c]pyrrol-5,2′-[1,3]dioxolane].
