Prepared using General Procedure 13. To a solution of (S)-N-(4-(5-(3-cyano-4-isopropoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl)ethenesulfonamide (40 mg, 0.5 mmol) in DMF (0.5 mL) was added (R)-pyrrolidin-3-ol (18.7 mg, 0.21 mmol) and the reaction was heated to 80° C. for 18 h. The product was purified by preparative HPLC to give 30 mg (56%) of N-((S)-4-(5-(3-cyano-4-isopropoxyphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-1-yl)-2-((R)-3-hydroxypyrrolidin-1-yl)ethanesulfonamide 37 as an off-white solid. LCMS-ESI (m/z) calculated for C27H31N5O4S2: 553.2; found 554.2 [M+H]+, tR=2.52 min.
