Procedure

To a mixture of (3-(3-(4-((pyridin-2-yloxy)methyl)benzyl)isoxazol-5-yl)pyridin-2-yl)phosphoramidic acid (13 mg, 0.029 mmol) described in Example 2 and methanol (2 mL) was added a mixture of L-lysine (8.4 mg, 0.058 mmol) and water (0.8 mL) at room temperature, and the solvent was evaporated from the reaction mixture under a reduced pressure. The resulting residue was washed with methanol to obtain the title compound (13 mg, 60%).
