Reaction Steps
2-(3-Nitrophenyl)-1-(piperazin-1-yl)ethanone from step A (0.32 g, 0.9 mmol), 4-chloro-5-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (0.168 g, 1.0 mmol), and diisopropylethylamine (0.1 ml) were combined in isopropanol and heated at 80° C. for 24 hours. The product was isolated by prep HPLC to give 1-(4-(5-methyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)-2-(3-nitrophenyl)ethanone.
