To a solution of (E)-1-(1-(quinolin-6-ylmethyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-b]pyrazin-6-yl)ethanone O-2-aminoethyl oxime (example 34) (15 mg, 0.041 mmol) in DCM (5 mL) was added trimethylsilyl isocyanate (19.07 mg, 0.166 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 24 h. After concentration, the crude product was purified by chromatography on silica gel to afford 11.6 mg (69%) of the title compound. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 9.32 (s, 1H), 8.89 (dd, 1H), 8.35 (d, 1H), 8.01 (m, 2H), 7.82 (d, 1H), 7.53 (dd, 1H), 6.21 (s, 2H), 6.05 (t, 1H), 5.50 (s, 2H), 4.27 (t, 2H), 3.35 (m, 2H), 2.32 (s, 3H). LCMS (method B): [MH]+=406, tR=1.91 min.
