Reaction Steps
3-(4-Hydroxyphenyl)-2-methyl-2-phenoxypropionic acid ethyl ester (60 mg, 0.2 mmol), benzyl-(4,6-dichloro-pyrimidin-2-yl)-amine (50 mg, 0.2 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (76 mg, 0.22 mmol) were combined in anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) (5 mL) and stirred at 90° C. in dry atmosphere for 5 h. The DMF was removed in vacuo, the residue was purified in silica to provide a white oil.
