Reaction Steps
A well homogenised mixture of the Compound of Example 3 (150 mg, 0.71 mmol), 2-chloro-3-nitroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine (154 mg, 0.778 mmol) and triethylamine (0.152 mL, 1.06 mmol) was stirred at 25° C. for 24 h. The reaction crude was purified by flash chromatography (EtOAc—Petroleum Ether 1:1) affording the title product (146 mg).
