As described for example 98b, 6-(5-methyl-3-pyrimidin-4-yl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy)-nicotinic acid (19 mg, 0.06 mmol) was converted, instead of 6-[3-(3-chloro-phenyl)-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid, using isopropylamine instead of 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine, to the title compound (16 mg, 73%) which was obtained as a white solid. MS: m/e=354.3 [M+H]+.
