The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for Step-5 of Intermediate-55 using methyl 2-cyclopropyl-7-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]-8H-imidazo[4,5-e][1,3]benzoxazole-4-carboxylate (0.100 g, 0.234 mmol), MeOH (3.0 mL) and sodium hydroxide (0.047 g, 1.17 mmol) to afford 0.075 g of the desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.07 (s, 4H), 2.32 (s, 1H), 6.56 (m, 1H), 7.07 (m, 1H), 7.31 (s, 1H), 7.57 (s, 1H), 12.15 (s, 2H).
