The title compound was prepared following the procedure described for Example-146 by using 2-[(2,6-Dichlorophenyl)amino]-7,7-dimethyl-N-[5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl]-7,8-dihydro-1H-furo[3,2-e]benzimidazole-5-carboxamide (Example-101, 0.100 g), THF, conc.HCl to afford 0.045 g of the desired product. 1HNMR (DMSO-d6): δ 1.60 (s, 6H), 3.25 (s, 2H), 7.58 (m, 1H), 7.75 (m, 3H), 8.28 (d, 1H), 8.46 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 8.78 (s, 1H), 10.42 (s, 1H), 12.00 (s, 1H), 13.20 (s, 2H).
