实验过程

34.3 Grams (0.057 mole) of BOC-Phe-Arg(NO2)-CHA was dissolved in 171 ml (0.342 Mole) of 2N HCl/AcOH with a small amount of MeOH, and reacted at room temperature for 2 hours. After the reaction was completed, 2 liters of dried diethyl ether was added to the reaction mixture so as to precipitate crystals. The precipitated crystals were collected by filtration and dried to obtain 30.9 g (100%) of H-Phe-Arg(NO2)-CHA.HCl.
