The title compound was prepared by the method of Example 20 using (R)-6-(6-chloropyridine-3-sulfonyl)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1,2,6-triaza-cyclopenta[b]naphthalene-4a-carboxylic acid cyclopropylmethyl ester and morpholine to give the title compound (0.063 g). 1H NMR (400 MHz, CHCl3-d): δ 8.53 (d, 1H), 7.78 (dd, 1H), 7.49-7.40 (m, 3H), 7.16 (t, 2H), 6.61 (d, 1H), 6.41 (d, 1H), 4.40 (dd, 1H), 3.95-3.85 (m, 2H), 3.81 (t, 5H), 3.66 (t, 4H), 3.31 (d, 1H), 2.95-2.87 (m, 1H), 2.58 (d, 1H), 2.49-2.41 (m, 3H), 1.20-1.10 (m, 1H), 0.57-0.48 (m, 2H), 0.33-0.22 (m, 2H).
