The title compound was prepared by the method of Preparation 48c using (R)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(6-morpholin-4-yl-pyridine-3-sulfonyl]-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1,2,6-triaza-cyclopenta[b]naphthalene-4a-carbonyl chloride and [3-(tetrahydro-pyran-2-yloxy)-cyclobutyl]-methanol. LCMS (Method G): 624.1 (M+H)+, Retention time 4.06 minutes.
