Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared by the method of Preparation 48c using (R)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-6-(6-morpholin-4-yl-pyridine-3-sulfonyl]-1,4,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1,2,6-triaza-cyclopenta[b]naphthalene-4a-carbonyl chloride and 2-dimethylamino ethanol. LCMS (Method F): 610 (M+H)+, Retention time 3.4 minutes.
