Ethyl N-(6-chloro-2-methoxyquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 22 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 67%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.33-2.40 (m, 6H), 3.14-3.22 (m, 4H), 3.69-3.76 (m, 3H), 4.06-4.18 (m, 4H), 6.97-7.04 (m, 3H), 7.20-7.85 (m, 4H).
