Reaction Steps
Ethyl N-(2-methoxy-6-methylquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(2-methylphenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 43 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 95%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 2.32-2.56 (m, 6H), 2.88-3.00 (m, 4H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 4.08-4.13 (m, 4H), 7.02-7.04 (m, 3H), 7.19-7.39 (m, 3H), 7.51-7.65 (m, 2H).
