Ethyl N-(2,6-dimethoxyquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(2-pyrimidyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 64 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 80%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.87-3.96 (m, 7H), 4.12-4.15 (m, 4H), 6.54 (t, J=4.8 Hz, 1H), 6.92 (s, 1H), 7.04-7.36 (m, 3H), 7.62 (m, 1H), 8.34 (d, J=4.8 Hz, 2H).
