Reaction Steps
Ethyl N-(2-methoxy-6,7-dimethylquinoxalin-3-yl)carbamate and 1-(3,5-dimethylphenyl)piperazine were reacted by the same way with the example 183 to obtain the titled compound (yield, 58%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ 2.29-2.40 (m, 12H), 3.20-3.29 (m, 4H), 3.80-3.83 (m, 3H), 4.10 (s, 4H), 5.12 (br s, 1H), 6.59 (s, 3H), 7.36-7.60 (m, 2H).
