To a 0.5 mL DMA solution of crude (2-chloro-9H-purin-8-yl)-(2-isoquinolin-4-yl-pyridin-4-yl)-methanone (60 mg, 0.155 mmol) was added dimethyl-piperidin-4-yl-amine (199 mg, 1.55 mmol) and DIEA (270 μl, 1.55 mmol). The mixture was heated to 120° C. for 1 hour. The mixture was then cooled and evaporated to dryness. Purification by preparative LCMS gave the title compound. HRMS m/z 479.2329 (M+H)+.
