To the product from step 1 (60 mg, 0.15 mmol) was added 2M HCl in diethyl ether (6 mL) and the resulting mixture was stirred at rt for 0.5 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo to obtain the title product as a solid (56 mg, 82%): MS; m/z 400 (M+H): LCMS (UV) 95%; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.5-2.04 (m, 6H), 3.2-3.25 (m, 1H), 3.43-3.5 (m, 1H), 3.63-3.68 (m, 1H), 4.4 (s, 2H), 4.73 (s, 2H), 6.94 (d, 2H J=9.2 Hz), 7.06 (s, 4H) 7.4 (d, 2H J=8.8 Hz), 9.91 (s, 1H)
