The product from Example 1C and 3-amino-2-ethylthieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-one (Enamine) were processed using method analogous to that described in Example 1D to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.88-0.96 (m, 1H) 1.07 (s, 3H) 1.16-1.23 (m, 6H) 1.45-1.64 (m, 1H) 1.79-2.06 (m, 6H) 2.27-2.46 (m, 2H) 2.53-2.67 (m, 1H) 2.66-2.82 (m, 1H) 7.38 (d, J=7.1 Hz, 1H) 7.59 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 1H); MS (ESI+) m/z 360 (M+H)+.
