The product from Example 105B and 3-cyclohexylpropionyl chloride were processed using the method analogous to that described in Example 105C to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.81-0.93 (m, 2H), 1.05-1.31 (m, 4H), 1.44-1.52 (m, 11H), 1.57-1.78 (m, 5H), 2.24-2.35 (m, 2H), 6.99 (dd, J=6.7, 4.0 Hz, 1H), 8.48 (dd, J=4.0, 1.6 Hz, 1H), 8.92 (dd, J=6.9, 1.8 Hz, 1H), 9.66 (s, 1H); MS (DCI) m/z 329 (M+H)+; EA calculated for C19H28N4O: C, 69.48; H, 8.59; N, 17.06. Found: C, 69.41; H, 8.33; N, 16.89.
