3-(quinolin-3-yl)-5-(1,1-dioxo-tetrahydro-2H-thiopyran-4-yl)-6-(1-ethoxyvinyl)-N,N-bis((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-amine (Int-2c, 169 mg, 0.23 mmol) in a 1:1 mixture of EtOH/4 N HCl (6.0 mL) was heated at 60° C. for 3 h and concentrated. The residue was purified by PrepLC to give 53 mg (53%) of the title compound (HCl salt) as a light yellow solid. LC/MS RT=2.95 min (10 min method). Mass calculated for, M+H 436.14, observed 436.14.
