10% Pd/C (30 mg) was added to a solution of tert-butyl (1-{4-[2-(2-aminopyridin-3-yl)-5-(3-{(2R)-2-[(benzyloxy)methyl]morpholin-4-yl}phenyl)-3H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-yl]phenyl}cyclobutyl)carbamate (31.5 mg, 0.0427 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 14 hours and 7.5 hours at 50° C. under hydrogen atmosphere. The catalyst was removed by filtration through a Celite pad and washed with MeOH. The combined filtrate and washings were concentrated. The residue was purified by PTLC (CHCl3/MeOH=9:1) to afford desired compound (5.2 mg, 18.8%) as pale yellow solid.
