Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared analogously as described for GP2-WU1 using 5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-2-(piperidin-4-yl)-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (compound B1) and 1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid as starting compounds. The crude product is treated with DMF, the solids are removed by filtration, and the solvent is removed under reduces pressure. The resulting solid is purified by crystallization from DCM and diethyl ether to yield the title compound.
