Reaction Steps
The title compound is prepared analogously as described for GP2-WU2 using 4-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-piperidin-4-yl-2,3-diazaspiro[4.4]non-3-en-1-one (compound B10) and 5-(benzyloxy)-2-methylbenzoic acid (compound F1) as starting compounds. The crude product is purified by chromatography (amino phase silica gel and DCM) and by a second chromatography (silica gel and cyclo hexane/EA=6:4) to yield the title compound.
