Reaction Steps
Prepared analogously as described for the example B1 (Alternative 1) using 5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-methyl-4-propyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one (compound C8) and tert-butyl 4-(Toluene-4-sulfonyloxy)-piperidine-1-carboxylate (compound E1) as starting compounds resulting in the hydrochloride salt of the title compound.
