Procedure
Except for using the compound (50 mg) produced in Example 103 in place of the compound produced in Example 68 and using 8-cyclohexyl-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane (38 mg) in place of the compound produced in Example 91, the same operation as in Example 92 was performed to obtain the title compound (54 mg) having the following physical properties.
