Reaction Steps
The 5-benzyl-N-(2-(5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl)-1,2,4-thiadiazole-3-carboxamide is prepared following method A starting from 2-(5-chloro-1H-indol-3-yl)ethanamine hydrochloride, 5-benzyl-1,2,4-thiadiazole-3-carboxylic acid (which can be prepared by procedures known to the skilled in the art), HATU and N,N-diisopropylethylamine in DMF.
