Procedure

A sealed tube was charged with the mixture of 5-bromo-1-methyl-3-(1-methyl-5-((methyl(oxetan-3-yl)amino)methyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamino)pyridin-2(1H)-one 320d (150 mg, 0.39 mmol), (4-fluoro-2-{6-oxo-8-thia-5-azatricyclo[7.4.0.02,7]trideca-1(9),2(7)-dien-5-yl}-6-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)phenyl)methyl acetate 247b (195 mg, 0.39 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (33 mg, 0.04 mmol), K3PO4.3H2O(207 mg, 0.78 mmol), and NaOAc (63 mg, 0.78 mmol) in CH3CN (20 mL). The system was evacuated and refilled with N2. The reaction mixture was heated at 110° C. for 2 h. It was then cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with 30:1 methylene chloride/methanol to afford 324a as a yellow solid (150 mg, 56%). MS: [M+H]+ 675.
