A sealed tube was charged with the mixture of 338c (274 mg, 0.7 mmol), 210d (337 mg, 0.7 mmol), Pd(dppf)Cl2 (33 mg, 0.04 mmol), K3PO4.3H2O(372 mg, 1.4 mmol), and NaOAc (115 mg, 1.4 mmol) in CH3CN(20 ml). The system was evacuated and then refilled with N2. And the reaction mixture was heated at 110° C. under microwave irradiation for 3 h. The mixture was cooled to room temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography eluting with 30:1 methylene chloride/methanol to afford 338d as a yellow solid (120 mg, 43%). MS: [M+H]+ 668.
