Reaction Steps

A solution of compound 12A (8.89 g, 25 mmol) in TFA (15 ml) was maintained at ambient temperature for 30 minutes. TFA was evaporated. Residue was dissolved in 5% aq. sodium bicarbonate (200 ml) and extracted with EtOAc (2×150 ml). Organic layer was washed with brine (150 ml), dried over anh. MgSO4 and evaporated in vacuum to provide target material (5.95 g, 94%) as light yellow solids. LC-MS [M+H] 254.1 (C12H19N3OS+H, requires 254.37).
