5-(5-Ethyl-2-methyl-6-oxo-1,6-dihydropyridin-3-yl)thiophene-2-sulfonyl chloride is reacted with (3,5-difluorobenzyl)methylamide as described in Step 5, Example 24 to give the title compound as a solid (15% yield). LC/MS: RT 3.30 min; m/e 439 (M+H); 1H NMR (δ, ppm): 11.82 (1H, s), 7.72 (1H, d), 7.37 (1H, s); 7.28 (1H, d); 7.03 (3H, m), 4.26 (2H, s), 2.71 (3H, s), 2.37 (2H, q), 2.34 (3H, s), 1.11 (3H, t); 19F NMR −109.
