Following General Procedure L, 4-(8-(azetidin-3-ylmethyl)-9-methyl-2-(2-methyl-1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-9H-purin-6-yl)morpholine and dihydrofuran-3(2H)-one were reacted to give the racemic mixture. The enantiomers were separated by SFC to give 573. LCMS m/z: 245.2 (2M+H+)
