As described for example 49, 2-[2-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-ethyl]-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid (80 mg, 0.26 mmol) was converted, using rac-2-amino-1-propanol instead of 1-amino-2-methyl-propan-2-ol, to the title compound (55 mg, 58%) which was obtained as a light brown oil.
