As described for example 95, 2-[(E)-2-(3-butyl-5-methyl-isoxazol-4-yl)-vinyl]-4-methyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester (60 mg, 0.19 mmol) was converted, using 2-amino-1,3-propanediol instead of isopropylamine, to the title compound (61 mg, 86%) which was obtained as a colourless oil.
