The titled compound (yield=22%, white solid) was prepared using a procedure analogous to that described in connection with 10 (Example 10) except that 2F (Example 2) and 5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)pyridin-2-amine were used as starting materials. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.27 (s, 6H) 3.17 (s, 2H) 3.49 (s, 1H) 7.03 (d, J=9.35 Hz, 1H) 7.58 (d, J=8.59 Hz, 2H) 7.89 (br. s., 2H) 8.08 (dd, J=11.12, 8.59 Hz, 3H) 8.24 (d, J=8.59 Hz, 1H) 8.62 (dd, J=9.35, 2.27 Hz, 1H) 8.72 (d, J=1.77 Hz, 1H) 13.02 (s, 1H); ESI-MS: m/z 420.0 (M+H)+.
