The title compound was synthesized using an analogous procedure to that described in the preparation of Compound 48 (Method A) using 2-hydrazinyl-5-methylpyridine. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 0.76-0.86 (m, 4 H) 1.85 (d, J=7.07 Hz, 3 H) 1.92 (m, 1 H) 3.56 (s, 3 H) 5.02 (d, J=7.07 Hz, 1 H) 7.18 (d, J=9.35 Hz, 1 H) 7.23-7.31 (m, 1 H) 7.70 (d, J=8.84 Hz, 1H) 7.93 (d, J=9.85 Hz, 1 H) 8.10 (s, 1 H) 8.20 (s, 1 H) 11.13 (s, 1 H). MS:m/z 362.2 (M+H)+.
