6-(6,7-Dimethoxyquinolin-4-yloxy)-1-naphthoyl chloride (200 mg, 0.50 mmol) was suspended in CH2Cl2 and TEA (210 μL, 1.5 mmol) was added. The mixture was blanketed with nitrogen, cis-2-fluorocyclopropylamine (131 mg, 0.54 mmol) was added and the reaction was stirred at RT for 1 h. The mixture was washed with water, dried with Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in-vacuo. The residue was purified by column chromatography to give the title compounds. MS (ESI pos. ion) m/z: 433.2 (M+H). Calc'd for C28H21FN2O4−432.46.
