Same procedure as 3-(6-fluorobenzothiazol-2-yl)-5-(1-piperidin-4-yl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-pyridin-2-ylamine except using 2-chloro-7-trifluoromethyl-1,3-benzothiazole in place of 2-chloro-6-fluoro-1,3-benzothiazole to afford the title compound as a yellow solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ=2.12-2.31 (m, 4H), 3.05-3.18 (m, 2H), 3.41 (d, J=12.8 Hz, 2H), 4.47-4.57 (m, 1H), 7.83 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.97 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 8.12 (s, 1H), 8.47 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 8.49 (s, 1H), 8.57 (s, 1H), 8.60 (d, J=2.2 Hz, 1H). MS (ES+): m/z=445.08 [MH+]. HPLC: tR=2.38 min (ZQ2, polar—5 min).
