4-(5-Amino-2-methyl-phenyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (0.065 g, 0.222 mmol) was dissolved in 5 ml of pyridine. 3-(Difluoromethoxy)-benzene-sulfonylchloride (0.051 g, 0.212 mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred for 16 h at room temperature. The solvent was evaporated, and the residue purified via silica gel chromatography using dichloromethane-methanol (0-20%) to yield to title compound (0.097 mg).
